End-to-end service structure
- Initial consulting, assessment & measurements – objectives, style, budget; plans/photos/video; site visit/survey (possible free, confirmed in writing).
- Offer & BOQs – fair pricing – material/technology options; clear differences in cost/timeline/warranty. Turnaround: 24–48h standard / 5–6 days complex.
- Planning & programme – milestones, critical items (demolition, finishes, windows, MEP, joinery), interdependencies; staged budget.
- Partner selection & contracting – shortlist authorised contractors; verify licences/insurance/references; negotiate terms.
- Procurement & logistics – sourcing, deliveries, storage; protect the critical path.
- Site coordination – daily/weekly management; photo-video reports; stage records; EHS compliance.
- Quality control & handover – checklists, snagging, remedies; warranty file.
- Aftercare & maintenance – scheduled/ad-hoc (in Dubai) via own teams and/or partners.

Where we work: in Europe we fully coordinate (execution by authorised partners). In Dubai we coordinate and, where suitable, execute directly and/or with partners under our licence.

- Clear, detailed and unambiguous quotes (plain terminology; measurements, quantities, units, prices).
- Prices negotiated/adjusted by complexity, area, extras, material quality, duration, floor level (flats), location, payment terms, collaboration length.
- Materials: we can work with your finishes (tiles, parquet, sanitary ware, doors/windows). For core materials (adhesives, compounds, screeds, drywall, profiles, fillers, primers, paints, cables, pipes, etc.) we recommend procurement via us/partners to ensure compatibility and warranty.
