Where we work & how we deliver
- Dubai (UAE): we coordinate and, when needed, execute directly (own staff and/or partners) under our license.
- Europe (Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Romania): we manage projects end-to-end; execution is carried out by authorised partners, carefully vetted by us, with 8–20 years of experience. Labour and materials are paid and taxed in the country of execution.
Presence note: we do not maintain offices or branches in Europe; where needed we use correspondence addresses only.
Payment methods / Accepted currencies
We accept United Arab Emirates dirham (AED), euro (EUR), US dollar (USD), British pound (GBP) and Romanian leu (RON).
On request, we can also accept cryptocurrencies via authorised partners (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.).
Pay in Instalments (via Banking Partners)
For renovations and construction works, we offer instalment payments through affiliated banking partners. We provide the itemised BOQ, stage schedule and technical documents; approval, pricing and terms are set solely by the bank. Payments are aligned to project milestones, with full transparency. Available for projects in Dubai and Europe; financing may cover our services and/or execution, depending on the bank’s product.
Note: we are not a lender; eligibility and loan terms are determined by the bank.
