The Optimus Project Services – FZCO (Dubai) team brings 8–20+ years of project experience across Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Romania. We apply the standards and procedures learned in these markets to projects in Dubai and the projects we coordinate in Europe.
Operating model: in Europe we coordinate end-to-end, while execution is delivered by authorised partners. In Dubai, alongside coordination, we can execute directly (with employees and/or partners) under our licence.
Our extended core (key roles)
- Project Management: planning, budgeting, multidisciplinary coordination, client communication.
- Estimating & Costing: defining the fair market price, comparing materials/technologies, scenarios and timelines.
- Procurement & Logistics: sourcing, deliveries, storage, protecting the critical path.
- Quality Control (QC): stage inspections, snagging, photo-video reports and minutes.
- Site Managers / Technical Representatives (as needed): technical compliance, partial/final handovers.
- H&S / EHS: health & safety; briefings and controlled site access.
- Architects & Interior Designers (via partners): concept, drawings, specifications, aesthetic-functional coordination.
- Engineers (structure & MEP): calculations, technical details, coordination of services/structure, clash resolution.
Local representatives (non-executive) & correspondence addresses
Where we operate we have local representatives for communication and spot checks. They do not sign contracts, do not negotiate, do not conduct commercial activity on our behalf and do not perform works. For mail we use correspondence addresses (postal contact points) – not offices and not places of business.
